Tiong Bahru Bakery Safari

Happy 2019! 🎉🎉

This is my very first post, and today I'm going to introduce a cafe in the wild - a safari-theme cafe by Tiong Bahru Bakery!

Here's the information you will be interested to know! 😉

This cafe is family-oriented and you can also bring along your pets! Awesome, isn't it? Like how many cafes here actually allow their customers to bring along their pets with them?

The whole view of the cafe

Visited the cafe after lunch on a Monday afternoon in December with my two other friends. We were praying very hard that there's still table when we get there (because y'know, it's the holiday season and this is a very hip cafe...), and yay~ we managed to get a table! 😁😁😁

Upon settling down, one of the friendly and helpful cafe staff got us some water even though we didn't even request for it! Super nice of them!

One of my friends and I went to see what pastries the cafe has to offer excitedly, and BOOM! We're too overwhelmed by the amount of delicious pastries they have! We were like "I want this one, that one... This one too!"

Sweet and savoury pastries

As we couldn't really decide on the pastries at that time, so we went to get the drinks first. Their drinks menu is just a board on the wall (sorry I didn't take a photo of the drinks menu)... Also, they have some special drinks...

Any drinks you're unsure of, you can just ask the friendly staff! They'll provide you with an explanation of the drinks they have in their menu.

After some time of hesitation, we finally got our pastries and drinks!

To summarise, Tiong Bahru Bakery Safari is a great place for chilling and catching up with family/friends! Every customer there is like a friend/family member despite seeing one another for the first time. I recalled that day we saw someone brought his dog to the cafe, and there was three customers (they are friends) asked him to let them play with his dog for a while, and he left his dog with them with full trust! 😊😊😊

A totally different Tiong Bahru Bakery experience, and I strongly recommend everyone to visit at least once there!

Oh! Did I say bring mosquito patch/repellent, especially if you're a mozzie-magnet? I got quite a few 'kisses' from the mozzies that day... 😭
